What Is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese healing method that can be used for stress reduction and relaxation. It is administered by “laying on hands” through the unseen “life force energy” which flows through us and is what makes us alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then there is a much higher chance of us becoming sick or feeling stressed, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. During the treatment, you will feel a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit, having many benefits including relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that is suitable for everyone. It has been effective in helping almost every known illness and malady and only ever brings beneficial effects. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to help promote recovery and relieve side effects.
How Does Distant Reiki Work?
You can book a distant Reiki appointment directly through my website. I will then contact you to request a photograph of yourself (this will be deleted after completion). For your treatment, simply lie or sit somewhere comfortable where you won’t be disturbed for the duration of the session, which will last approximately 45 minutes. I will then tap in to your energy system and complete a full Reiki Healing session as I would if you were lying on my therapy bed.
Once the session is complete, I will contact you with my experience and insight as to what came up for you during your session. You are welcome to share your experience with me too.
What To Expect
Everyone’s experience is different. Some people just feel totally relaxed and can even fall asleep, others feel heat or a tingling sensation in certain areas. I have received feedback of Clients becoming tearful as they release negative emotions and even the sensation that they were being physically touched or comforted.
