Mental Health Awareness Week

Mental Health Awareness Week 2021

We can all struggle with mental health one way or another, and no matter how it can make us feel, we feel sometimes the end is not near. All through my life from as young as I can remember, I never fitted in and I was different to everyone around me. I have been through things that sometimes still haunt me, but I choose to put them at the back of my mind, so I can get on with my life as much as I can.

I am always told you can let things defeat you or turn them into a strength, which I have done at 30 years old. I am standing here strong, a mum of 3 and loving life and living it to the full. This image I have posted is to show that darkness can creep up and you may feel there is no way out, but life, courage and confidence, & self love, you can find a way through. No matter how hard life can get or seem, there is always something to look forward to, light and wonderful bright colours will be seen once more.

Always remember to be you, I have been able to shine through.. Here I stand for you all to see, and life will finally be, stay true to yourself and know your wealth, don’t be ashamed of who you are, we can stand tall and dress for the ball.

P.S  I do have underwear on…
