Joint Pain & Muscle Aches in Menopause
Are you suffering from joint pain and muscle aches?
There can be LOTS of reasons for this, but there does tend to be a pattern for those women who are going into (peri) menopause.
Many women don’t make a connection between their sore and aching joints and issues that might be affcting these such as:
- high impact exercise and not enough recovery
- lack of sleep which affects our ability to heal
- lack of essential nutrients and hydration in our daily diet
Ageing is also a factor (as much as we hate to admit it!)
