As the air turns crisp and the nights draw in earlier each day, we say goodbye to the long summer days (and let’s face, thanks to COVID-19 it has been the longest summer ever!!)

Autumn is often perceived as doom & gloom, with the return to school and work, the darker evenings with a nip in the air, but Autumn is the underdog of the seasons!

There is so much to be grateful for during this time of the year.

The beautiful changes within nature, with the leaves turning all shades of orange, yellow & brown, it gives our British landscape a whole new look. Going on adventurous Autumn trails, searching for conkers, acorns & looking for all the different shaped leaves you can find.

It is often a time for reflection too, as we look towards the final quarter of the year and the preparation for the Christmas chaos – the calm before the storm you might say! It is a time for us to shed our own leaves, what is no longer serving our greater good and to look towards what we want to manifest for the winter months.

This year has been different for all of us due the affects & necessary restrictions from COVID-19, so it is fair to say that many of us will choose not to ‘trick or treat’ with our little ones this October.
