CNBC Online Summer Camp of Fun!
About this event
When we don't have children, our usual after-work activities stop for the school holidays, and we are left with a gap in our schedule, while we wait for September and all our classes and events to resume. We have to put up with this hiatus while everyone else has a 'summer'. We don't usually go away during this time - why would we want to? So let's fill that gap with some fun, just for us, as part of the Childless Not By Choice community.
I’m super excited about this fabulous line up for the first ever Childless Not By Choice Summer Camp for Grownups, brought to you by Worthy and Content.com

How does learning face, neck and shoulder massage techniques to manage your tight shoulders whenever you need it sound?

Check out this fun and fabulous programme:
Wed 28 July: Yoga laughter with personal coach extraordinaire Vivienne Goldstein
Laughter truly is the best medicine. Vivienne shows us how to giggle and laugh from a standing start, when nothing is tickling your funny bone. Wear loose clothing and bring a yoga mat or towel for any lying down we might do (it's not for a nap, but if you need one, that's fine).
Wed 4 August: Blissful Indian facial, head, neck & shoulder massage with holistic massage therapist Lana Walker
Learn how to give yourself a truly relaxing, calming and invigorating treatment (yes, guided online massage really works!). No fancy massage oil needed (but use it if you have it). *Full details below of what to wear and bring, and that all-important health and safety.
Wed 11 August: Creating abstract art from your pen drawer with arts & educational expert Rhiannon Cackett
Abstract art isn't about learning how to 'do' something. Rather it's about opening up your creative 'flow' (yes, that's a thing) to find new ways of expressing yourself. ** Full details below of what materials to collect from your pen drawer and pull out all that lovely craft stuff that's tucked away somewhere.
Wed 18 August: Planning a summer picnic with mind/body/nutrition coach Caroline Heaton
Enjoying great nutrition to help with perimenopause/menopause/healthy lifestyles doesn't need to be boring. Caroline gives us tasty inspiration for summer eating. You don't need to bring a plate, or anything else, to this session, just an appetite for inspiration.
Wed 25 August: Find your voice with professional actor Melanie Dagg
Forget timid and high-pitched voices when you're nervous. Learn fun hints & tips (and some weird and wacky ones too) to find that confidence when speaking up. Wear loose clothing and bring a yoga mat or towel for any lying down we might do (that's for breathing, not napping, but feel free to kip if you need to).
Wed 1 Sep: Uncover your good vibes using Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT aka tapping) with practitioner Lana Walker
Forgotten what it feels like to really smile and enjoy the small things and the big things? Using the transformational experience of Emotional Freedom Techniques, we'll tap into the energy of your sadness around childlessness, to release it and find room for new energy, new vibes, finding that fun that's waiting to be let out to play.
Here's to joining the first ever Worthy and Content Online Summer Camp - where we can embrace having fun!
