‘Beat the Bloat’ Challenge
My next FREE Beat the Bloat challenge will take place Monday 19th July - Friday 23rd July.
Five days of following a simple plan to discover which foods may be causing you discomfort and tummy bloating.
If you fancy taking this challenge then you will be placed in a private, members only face book group. Led by myself (PT and nutrition coach) you will be set a simple challenge each day that will help motivate and keep you accountable. You will interact with other like minded members, share experiences, recipes and have a lot of laughs along the way.
