No food is bad for you it's the frequency you eat one thing, or foods that you don't react well to that are not great. There are fad diets and crazies, do the nutrition plan that suits you best, not what others have told you.

Food alone should give you the correct nutritional values for optimal health. However, the way in which things are farmed with chemicals and pesticides we don't always get the full nutritional value. Omega 3:6 out of balance may mean that you have inflammation. Check your balance with a blood test.

Toxins are not good for the heath. Add in some good anti-oxidants such as pomegranate, green leafy veg, pineapple etc to help combat. Also, stay away from cosmetics and skincare that contain chemicals, parabens and sulphates as well as staying away from plastic bottles. Instead use a BPA free bottle to drink from.

Make eating an enjoyable expeience, don't be bullied into eating a certain way and don't beleive everything you read about nutrition.
